Welcome

9:15 AM Classic & 10:45 AM Contemporary

Children's Classes for 2 years - 5th grade during both Sun. services

Holy Week Services

Holy week begins on Palm Sunday and culminates with the much-anticipated celebration of the risen Jesus on Easter Morning. We set aside time to reflect on the suffering, sacrifice, and beautiful story of love that took place in between those two Sundays with our Thursday Holy Week Service. Service details are below.

Palm Sunday

March 29
9:15 AM & 10:45 AM
Children's classes for 2yrs - 5th grade during both services

Palm Sunday begins Holy Week and is the day we celebrate Jesus' entry into Jerusalem, fulfilling the Old Testament prophecies of the Savior and King. Children parade through our sanctuary waving palm branches in a similar fashion to the historical event.

Holy Week Thursday Service

April 2
7:00 PM
No children's classes

Our Holy Week service will be on Thursday with influence from both our classic and contemporary worship styles. We will take communion, remembering the importance of the Last Supper that Christ shared with his disciples before his death and we will reflect on Christ's suffering on the cross and his monumental sacrifice for our sake. This is a family worship opportunity, so there won't be childcare during the service.

Serving Grove City Since 1879 —

"Since 1879, East Main Church has been a community of people who seek to respond to Jesus' call to love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. We believe that as we do this more and more, we come to discover wisdom and strength to face the various joys and challenges of life, and so too we become better equipped to be a blessing to our wider community. As you learn more about us and the particular ways that we are committed to submit to the Lordship of Christ, we hope that you might come to join us in this journey as well." -- Pastor Bill Hoffman
