Welcome to the world of Children's Ministries.  At East Main Church, there are many exciting opportunities for the Children to spend time in fellowship and to learn more about God's word. Below, you will find many opportunities for children from birth-6th grade.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHILDREN ON SUNDAY
 
9:00 SERVICE

Ages birth to 2 1/2: Nursery in Room 110 (during the entire service)

Ages 2 1/2 until the year of Kindergarten: Jr. Adventures in Room 101 (during the entire service)

K through Grade 4: SALT Room 106 (the children are dismissed midway through the service).  SALT (Service, Adoration, Love, and Transformation) is a program which meets halfway through the service.  Through ths program, the children are learning what it means to be SALT.  For the next two months the children will be learning about different ways to serrve as a body of Christ.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Children’s Sunday School is offered for children 18 months through 6th grade. Nursery is also available for children from birth to 18 months during Sunday School.

18 Months - 2 1/2:  Room 105

Ages 2 1/2 - pre-K:  Room 101

Pre-K - K:  Room 104

Grades 1 and 2:  Room 109

Grades 3 and 4:  Room 107

Grades 5th and 6th:  Room 108

11:15 SERVICE

YOUTH CLUB: This is an afterschool program for children grades K-6.  There are two eight week sessions each year.  Youth Club meets on Thursdays from 3:30-5:00.  This program will begin on Thursday February 9, 2012.  If you are intersted in attending, you can find a registration form in the welcome center.  This program is run by Amy Biddle and Ann Stinson.
